UK Government Wants To Find Out Whether Gaming Is Bad For Society

The Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) Committee of the United Kingdom Parliament is asking the public to submit feedback on their views on gaming.

Some of the questions the DCMS committee is asking the public to answer include”Is gaming harmful or helpful to society?”, “How does the design of a game keep you playing for longer?”, “What help is needed for people who are concerned about the amount they are gaming?”, “What responsibilities do games designers have to their players?”, and “Are young people disproportionately affected by the addictive qualities of games and apps?”

If you live in the United Kingdom and would like to submit your responses to these questions, you may do so on the official DCMS committee website. Keep in mind your response has to be within 3000 words and in Word format.

What do you think? Let us know in the comments.
