Success Corporation has just unveiled the return of Umihara Kawase, for Nintendo Switch!

The new game, titled Umihara Kawase Fresh! is due for release for Japan in 2019. More details about Umihara’s new adventure will debut at Tokyo Game Show 2018, from September 20th to 23rd.

The Umihara Kawase series has had a surprisingly long history with Nintendo – debuting on the Super Famicom in 1994! More recently, she has starred in the crossover game Blade Strangers as a playable fighter – which released recently for Nintendo Switch. Now, it seems like she may be truly returning to her original Nintendo roots!
