US And China Agree To Roll Back Tariffs That Could Have Increased The Price Of Nintendo Switch

Good news for all Americans living in the United States – the US government and Chinese government have agreed to roll back tariffs in stages.

Earlier this year, US President Donald Trump published a plan to implement tariffs of up to 25% on consumer goods manufactured in China. If the plan proceeded, Nintendo Switch and other video game console prices would have increased by up to 25% before 2019 ends.

It seems that negotiators for the US and Chinese governments have agreed to roll back on each other’s goods in phases, as long as progress is made on an agreement to avoid a potential trade war. Crisis seems to be averted for now!
