Earlier this week, Nintendo history website Forest of Illusion brought to attention a Flash game created by the US government that had used Yoshi’s Island DS music without permission.
After The Verge asked the US government for comment, the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) investigated the contractor in charge of the game and have decided to take down the music file as it was unauthorized use of Nintendo’s IP.
The EPA finally removed the music file from the database itself. Guess they didn't get permission then lol.
