A few hours ago, Nintendo held a Treehouse Live presentation where they showed some footage of Paper Mario: The Origami King in action.

In case you missed it, you can find a mirror of the gameplay footage segment below (via MrRedRivers). It mainly focuses around the early areas of the game, demonstrating exploration and battle mechanics.
