GameXplain has published a video showing us what it’s like to scan over 400 Animal Crossing amiibo and amiibo cards in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Scanning amiibo allows you to invite the villager to the campsite, though some special characters such as Isabelle and Tom Nook could not be invited to the campsite. It also lets you unlock a poster of the character.
