Nintendo has announced that Virtual Boy will be added to Nintendo Classics, exclusively for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members.

15 titles will be added to Virtual Boy on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 over time. The Virtual Boy service will begin on February 17, 2026.

In addition, it should be noted that a Virtual Boy accessory, or Virtual Boy paper model, will be required to play games offered in Nintendo Classics: Virtual Boy. Both the accessory and paper model will be available on My Nintendo Store.
