Level-5 has confirmed the launch date of the first free update coming to Yo-kai Watch Jam: Yo-kai Academy Y – Waiwai Gakuen Seikatsu.

The new was shared at Level-5’s livestream for the Tokyo Game Show, where they confirmed that the ““DLC 1: Here Comes Elze Multiplayer” update for Yo-Kai Watch Jam: Yo-Kai Academy Y would be launching on September 30th 2020 for Japan.

They also went over the various features the update will add, including online multiplayer, new story content, new playable characters, and more. Level-5 also shared a bit about what future updates they have planned for the title, including a level cap increase and a new difficulty mode.
