Nintendo has announced the next Splatfest that will take place worldwide at the same time in Splatoon 2.

The theme for the next Splatfest is “who do you want to be? Knight or Witch?” This is in reference to the unlockable Knight and Witch costumes players receive from the Octoling Boy and Octoling Girl amiibo respectively. Unlike previous Splatfests, you won’t be wearing T-shirts but the gear of the side you choose:

アタマとクツをamiibo「タコガール」「タコボーイ」で手に入る「エンチャントシリーズ」「タコティカルシリーズ」で揃えると、フェスマッチ中のみ、フクの見た目が各シリーズのギアに変化する。

The Splatfest will take place from March 16, 2019 3pm to March 17 3pm Japan Time (March 16 12am – March 17 12am Pacific Time).
