Pokemon Sword/Shield’s Art Director Confirms That He Designed Galarian Zigzagoon’s Evolutionary Line
Pokemon art director James Turner should be familiar to many fans by now, having contributed illustrations for Pokemon Center merchandise and fun art tributes to other franchises. Of course, much of his artistic input also went into the various designs in Pokemon Sword/Shield – and now we’ve learnt of even more popular Pokemon that he personally had a hand in!
This week, Turner revealed that he was indeed the designer behind Galarian Zigzagoon, Galarian Linoone, and Obstagoon’s punk-rock designs. He shared this fact along with some fancy doodles of all three Pokemon, which you can check out in full below:
