The Pokemon Company has announced a new special max raid event for Pokemon Sword And Shield.

This time, a special ‘Pokemon Day’ themed Max Raid Event will be running for the games from 26 February 2021 (9:00 JST) – 1 March 2021 (8:59 JST). During this event, players must join forces to defeat as many Gigantamax Pikachu raids as possible.

If more than one million people beat this battle, players will each receive 100 Armorite Ore and 100 Dynite Ore as a reward.
