Nintendo has released some new character profiles and footage for Fire Emblem Engage.

This latest batch of profiles introduce us to Fogato, the first prince of Solm, and Hortensia, the second princess of Elusia. This is accompanied by short clips showing off their personalities and skills in battle.

Fogato is the first prince of Solm and Timerra's younger brother. As Solm is matriarchal, Fogato enjoys even more freedom than his sister, and his personality is optimistic and serene. It seems he flies around the country protecting people.

Fogato's starting class is Vigilante, same as his sister Timerra. He wields a bow atop a horse.

Fogato: "I love all of you!

It seems he's here to help Alear, who's lost in the desert. It's hard to say if he's friendly or not taking things seriously…

Fogato: "Everything beyond this point is alllllll desert, so it's dangerous for you foreigners by yourselves. You're lucky to have run into me, heh."

Hortensia is the second princess of Elusia, and Ivy's little sister. She's innocent and selfish, but her love for friends and family is deep. Under orders from her father, the king of Elusia, she comes to take Alear's Emblem Rings.

Hortensia's starting class is Tamer, same as her sister Ivy. Riding a pegasus, she attacks with magic and staves.

Hortensia: "Got it.

This is for Elusia."

Hortensia has occupied a bridge that spans across Brodia with Elusian troops, lying in wait for Alear and their allies.
