Rumor: Pokemon Scarlet/Violet DLC News Teased For August 22nd 2023
The first part of Pokemon Scarlet And Violet‘s Hidden Treasures Of Area Zero DLC is planned to launch next month, and it seems promotion might finally be starting to ramp up.
Over at the Pokemon World Championships in Yokohama, several Pokemon content creators were given a mysterious package with the date “August 22nd 2023” marked on it. According to one such creator Joe Merrick (of Serebii.net), this box contains a traditional Japanese tea set. It is speculated that more news about the DLC is planned to be shared on the marked date, and that the tea set could be a tease for what to expect from this announcement.

On Tuesday, @PokemonNewsUK took us to a traditional Japanese tea ceremony either the idea of it being similar to stuff in Kitakami.
Today they #gifted me a tea set similar to the one used with the date of August 22nd on it. Guess we won’t have long to find out 👀
