Shortly after the appearance of the Walmart ad, Nintendo has officially revealed the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Switch OLED Bundle.

The bundle is due to launch on November 19th 2023, and will include a digital copy of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate bundled with an OLED model Switch and a 3 month Switch Online membership. As seen on the packaging, the included Joy-cons will also have a Super Smash Bros. theme.
