Level-5 has started development on a new Yo-Kai Watch project.

The game is titled Yo-Kai Watch 2 Haunted Domain, and appears to be a remake of the second Yo-Kai Watch game. Its been confirmed to be in development for the Switch 2, but no further details have been shared so far.
