Previously, we reported that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s “Oh Yeah! Mario Time!” spirit board event will be going live on 27 December 2018.

As it turns out, there’s more to the event than just increasing encounters with Super Mario series spirits. Nintendo recently tweeted out an update, revealing that an exclusive Golden Mushroom spirit will also appear for battle!

You’ll have to be playing at the right time, however – as the spirit will only apparently spawn at 10am and 10pm (Pacific Time) each day. It is not known if this spirit will ever become available again after the event ends.
