Retro-Bit has announced they will be reprinting Battletoads & Double Dragon: The Ultimate Team for the NES.

Originally released back in 1993, Battletoads & Double Dragon: The Ultimate Team is a crossover beat-em-up featuring characters from the Battletoads and Double Dragon series. Retro-bit’s reprint will be available as a standalone release, as well as as a Limited Edition from Limited Run Games which contains the following:

• Deluxe Hardcover Cartridge Packaging
• Jumpin’ Jade 8-Bit Cartridge
• Full-colored Instruction Manual
• Exclusive Acrylic Cartridge Display Stand

Pre-orders for both editions for the game are now live via the official website, and will be available until May 22nd. Retro-Bit has also uploaded a trailer for the reprint, which you can find below:
