The Gentlebros, has posted a screenshot of their upcoming game, Cat Quest II, showing off the graphical difference between the first and Cat Quest and Cat Quest II.

In Cat Quest II, the main character (Cat) is always accompanied by Dog companion and players can swap between the two characters or play together as either of the two characters. You can find out more about Cat Quest II from our interview with The Gentlebros here.
