Fans of adventure game Eastward can look forward to a new and peaceful story in the near future!

During today’s Nintendo Direct, the company revealed that a new Eastward: Octopia DLC will be released for the game this Holiday. This side story will see the return of the game’s protagonists Sam and John in a parallel world – where players will focus instead on farming, fishing, and more peaceful countryside pastimes.

Sam and John return in an all-new adventure! In a remote mountainside village, Sam and John start life anew as farmers. Work the land, tend livestock, and cook heartwarming meals for familiar -yet strangely different- friends.
