Nintendo has released some new character profiles and footage for Fire Emblem Engage.

This latest batch of profiles introduce us to Lapis, retainer to Alcrysy of Brodia, and Pannette, retainer to Timerra from Solm. This is accompanied by short clips showing off their personalities and skills in battle. We also get a profile for Sommie, a mysterious creature that lives on Somniel.

Lapis is a royal soldier of Brodia, and Alcryst's retainer. She is friendly and kind. As she has trained to hunt for survival, while she looks meek, she is stronger than average.

Lapis' starting class is Myrmidon. As soldiers adept with swords, they dodge enemy attacks with their quick movements.

Lapis: "I won't let you down!

Panette is a royal warrior of Solm. While she speaks politely and acts elegantly, she used to be much wilder, and vestiges of her past resurface during battle.

Panette's starting class is Berserker. Warriors who possess extraordinary power.
