Updated App features enhanced instax AiR Studio™ and Click to Collage
The updated instax mini Link™ for Nintendo Switch App features the interactive instax AiR Studio™, in which users will be able to create their own prints using elements from the Mushroom Kingdom. Additionally, the app includes the Click to Collage feature, which captures a series of six images at three second intervals, allowing users to enjoy a photobooth experience featuring characters, items, and more from the world of Super Mario.“Since we first launched the instax mini Link™ for Nintendo Switch™ app in 2021, our consumers have been very clear with what they wanted to see in a future iteration, and resoundingly we’ve heard more ways to integrate their favorite characters into their prints,” said Bing Liem, president, FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Imaging Division. “The new instax AiR Studio™ and Click to Collage features in the app are a lot of fun and allow our users to feel like they’re part of the game through the photos they create.”
The free, downloadable instax mini Link™ for Nintendo Switch App allows Nintendo character frames, and stickers to be added to screenshots taken using the Nintendo Switch system’s capture function, which can be transmitted to the user’s Smartphone and then printed onto instax™ instant mini film (sold separately).
Special Super Mario Question Block Case Bundle Introduced for instax mini Link 3™
In conjunction with the launch of the updated instax mini Link™ for Nintendo Switch App, Fujifilm is also introducing a special product bundle consisting of an instax mini Link 3™ Smartphone printer and a Super Mario Question Block silicone case, perfect for the upcoming gift giving season.“This app is a great example of the continued synergies between the digital and analog worlds,” said Liem. “We’ve created a strong connection between gaming and photography and, as always, we’re excited to see what our users create.”
