Here’s How To Find All TMs And TRs In Pokemon Sword/Shield
Most Pokemon players are likely to be familiar with Technical Machines (TMs) and Technical Records (TRs), which are special items that teach Pokemon specific moves when used.
As many of the moves taught by TMs are extremely useful, players often go to great pains to locate and collect every single TM in Pokemon games. To help make the process less painless, GameXplain has published a location guide for every single TM available in Pokemon Sword And Shield. Check it out below:

Technical Records (TRS)
That said, veteran Pokemon players may notice that some of the more popular TM moves are not present on the list of TMs. This is because these moves are now taught by a different item called Technical Records (TRs). Unlike modern TMs which can be used infinitely, TRs can only be used once before breaking.
TRs are available as drops from participating in Max Raid Battles, and may be purchased using Watts in the Wild Area. Players can have multiple copies of TRs to compensate for the fact that they break after use.
As a useful tip, TRs dropped from a Raid Battle will usually be of the same elemental type as the Pokemon battled (e.g. Hitmonchan drops the Fighting Type TR Close Combat).
