Something interesting has been observed about Donkey Kong’s fur in Donkey Kong Bananza.

It seems that the color of Donkey Kong’s fur changes depending on the amount of Bananergy he has, but it is difficult to tell due to the game’s dynamic lighting. As pictured below, Donkey Kong’s fur looks brown when he’s not full on Bananergy, and it changes to orange when he’s full on Bananergy.
