The folks at GameXplain have done a speed comparison between Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze’s loading times on Nintendo Switch and Wii U.
To get from the main menu to the world map, it took 8 seconds for the Switch version and 17 seconds for Wii U. When comparing load times to start the first level from the world map, the Switch version took 10 seconds while the Wii U version took 12.
