The Japanese version of Gal*Gun 2 has been confirmed to support English.

So if you couldn’t wait for Gal*Gun 2, the Japanese release is up for pre-load on the Japanese Nintendo eShop now. It’s coming on March 15, 2018, while the official western release arrives in April.
