For many years, King K. Rool fans have been asking Nintendo to include Donkey Kong Country series villain King K. Rool as a playable character in the Super Smash Bros. series.

Finally, their hard work has paid off as Super Smash Bros. director Masahiro Sakurai took notice and thrown King K. Rool into Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
