Earlier this week, we reported that the upcoming Monster Rancher port for Switch would feature an online database of CD names that players can summon monsters from – instead of how the original game generated monsters from physical CDs. If you’re hoping for your favorite CDs to appear in that database, you may have an opportunity to make it happen right now!

Koei Tecmo have released a new website for game over here, which contains a ballot page for that CD database. Visitors will be able to vote for their desired albums and artistes to summon a particular monster – until the campaign ends on 30 September 2019.

To vote for a CD, visitors should input/select the following details in this order:

• Album/Song name
• Artiste (e.g. singer/band)
• Monster species
  • Specific monster
• Reason that this CD should generate this monster

It appears there’s no limit to how many entries one can make, either – so feel free to vote as much as you wish. It’ll definitely be interesting to see what Koei Tecmo does with the results of this balloting campaign in the future!
