The official NicoNico app has received an update on Nintendo Switch in Japan.

The latest version 3.30 update adds the following features for free:

• Viewing Channel Videos

You can now watch and see channel videos from some channels.

• Display Channel Information

Bring the cursor over the channel thumbnail and press ZR to view information about the channel.

• Anime collection

An anime section has been added to the app. Check out free and popular anime related videos in the section.
