The Pokemon Company has announced a campaign to commemorate the opening of Pokemon Center Tokyo DX. The campaign is called “Beautiful Weather Campaign” and is scheduled to kick off at all Pokemon Centers and Stores across Japan from March 14, 2018.

From March 17 to April 22, 2018, a Gentlemanly Pikachu mascot will visit all Pokemon Center locations and a Hakama Pikachu mascot will visit Pokemon Center Tokyo DX.

Special merchandise will be released to commemorate the opening of Pokemon Center Tokyo DX, some available exclusively at Tokyo DX and most will be sold throughout Japan. There’s even word on “collaboration merchandise” with Washi (Japanese paper) company Haibara and toothpick specialist store Nihonbashi Saruya. More information will be released on February 16, 2018.

Here’s a look at two A4 clear files which are part of the merch selection (the second is exclusive to Tokyo DX):

Beginning March 14, three different post cards will be given to customers who visit any Pokemon Center location in Japan. No purchase necessary.

Design 1: March 14 to March 25 (all Pokemon Center locations)

Design 2: March 26 to April 8 (Pokemon Center Tokyo DX, Pokemon Center Mega Tokyo, Pokemon Center Skytree Town, Pokemon Store Tokyo Station)

Design 3: April 9 to April 22 (Pokemon Center Tokyo DX)

Special Pokemon Center Tokyo DX design plastic bags will be given to customers from March 14, 2018 for any purchase made at all Pokemon Center locations nationwide. While stocks last.

Purchase 5 Pokemon TCG Expansion Packs at any Pokemon Center location from March 14 to receive a Sakura Afro Pikachu Pokemon TCG card (while stocks last).

Receive this Gentlemanly Pikachu Pokemon TCG card (while stocks last) from March 14 by purchasing any product at Pokemon Center Tokyo DX (while stocks last).

Customers who purchase at least 5000 yen worth of products at Pokemon Center Tokyo DX from March 14 will receive this Special Deluxe Mini Folding Fan (while stocks last).

Between March 14 to April 22, 2018, Pokemon Center Tokyo DX will be distributing a “Beautiful Weather” Snorlax to users with Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon/Sun/Moon.

During the same timeframe, all other Pokemon Center locations in Japan will distribute a Lemonade Holding Pikachu to users with Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon/Sun/Moon.
