Today we have a piece of news concerning the official Pokemon Center Online website targeted for the Japanese market.

Since the start of 2019, it seems Pokemon Center Online had quietly stopped accepting foreign credit card and debit card payments. This is unlikely to be a glitch of any kind as Pokemon Center Online had been accepting foreign payments for three years since its launch in Japan.

Pokemon Center Online is the second official Nintendo IP related store to block foreign cards after My Nintendo Store did the same last year.
