Nintendo has announced they will be hosting a Pokemon 30th Anniversary Event in the US Nintendo Stores.

This event will be held on February 27th 2026, which is celebrated as Pokemon Day by the franchise. It will be held in-person at both the Nintendo New York and Nintendo San Francisco Stores.

This appears to be the first special event announced for this year’s Pokemon Day, which is a date of great excitement for fans as upcoming new games and projects for the franchise are typically revealed on this date.

Separately, there will also be a Mario Tennis Fever event held at the same locations on February 12th 2026. This event promises “game demos, photo ops, and a gift with purchase of the game “.
