The Pokemon Company has revealed the global launch sales figures for Pokemon Legends Z-A.

According to their press release, Pokemon Legends Z-A sold 5.8 million units worldwide during its first week of release, slightly lower than Pokemon Legends Arceus‘ launch sales of 6.5 million units. The report notes that around half of these units were for the Switch 2 Edition of the game.

Despite falling short of its predecessor’s launch sales, these figures still put the game on track to become yet another success for the series, especially with the holiday season and DLC ahead in its future. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
