The Pokemon Company has announced the next Mass Outbreak Event for Pokemon Scarlet And Violet.

From January 10th through 12th 2025, a Mass Outbreak featuring snake-like Pokemon will be held in the games, presumably celebrating the Year of the Snake in the Chinese Zodiac. The featured Pokemon are Silicobra in Paldea, Ekans in Kitakami and Seviper in the Blueberry Academy.  Pokemon caught in these outbreaks will have a higher chance of being shiny.
