Pokemon Scarlet/Violet Version 3.0.1. Announced, Fixes Bugs Related To Inkay And TM223

The Pokemon Company has announced a new version update for Pokemon Scarlet And Violet.

The update will bring the game up to Version 3.0.1., and will release sometime in late January 2024. The update will fix two critical bugs discovered in the game:

  • When levelling up the Pokemon Inkay using candy while it is under Level 30, the game will stop receiving inputs from the controllers.
  • TM223 Metal Sound requires Shieldon materials to craft, however, Shieldon is not available in Pokemon Scarlet, making it impossible for players with that version to craft the TM.

The patch will fix both issues. To address the second issue, from December 26th 2023 onwards, players will be able to connect to the internet to receive a Mystery Gift for 10 copies of TM223.

Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
