Pro Hong Kong Protestors Spread Pokemon Fan Art To Promote Their Cause
As you all know, protests have been going on in Hong Kong for the last 5 months after the Hong Kong government tried to pass a controversial extradition bill and what many called police brutality.
Joining Overwatch’s Mei and Pepe the Frog is Pokemon, now icons for the protest movement. Hong Kong users have started coming up with Pokemon fan art to spread their cause and educate others about their movement on the Internet. The images come with the hashtag #PokemonForHK on Twitter.
