Retro Studios Now Searching For Product Testers And Storyboard Artist
Retro Studios, who has been hard at work on Metroid Prime 4, has posted some new job listings on Nintendo’s careers website.
These new job listings from Retro are for three Product Testers as well as a Storyboard Artist. The Product Testers were added on September 30th, while the call for a Storyboard Artist was added more recently on October 5th. Presumably, these new positions are for the development of Metroid Prime 4.
With this assumption in mind, some have theorized that the call for Product Testers could mean that a playable version of the game might be ready. Others have taken greater interest in the Storyboard Artist position, which lists defining “emotional scenes that will resonate with audiences.” among the key responsibilities.
Of course, most of this remains in the realm of speculation, and there is no way to know for sure how far along Metroid Prime 4 is in development at this stage. We will be sure to report back with more details as they come.
