Rumor: Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 Shows Very Strong Sales At Launch
Today, we have an interesting rumor about how well Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order has been doing since it launched on Switch last week.
The rumor comes from BenjiSales on Twitter, a user said to have some insider connections to sales data trackers. According to BenjiSales, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 may be on track to be the third biggest launch for the Switch in 2019 so far. Reportedly, just 48 hours after its release the game is doing better than even Mortal Kombat 11 and Crash Team Racing.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 opening 48 hours is tracking SIGNIFICANTLY ahead of my expectations for the title in US. Frankly I wasn't sure how it would perform as pre release tracking wasn't all that strong
Very impressive launch. Marvel and Nintendo may have a legitimate hit pic.twitter.com/BzmgFC6DBz

Key thing now will be how it performs over the coming weeks on if it can manage to take that 3rd place spot. Definitely a bigger than expected opening but if legs are poor it could miss it

That said, we caution Nintendosoup readers to take these rumors with a grain of salt. We will be sure to bring more details should these numbers be confirmed by more official sources.
