Some new details about Sonic X Shadow Generations have reportedly leaked online.

Firstly,  ‘billbil-kun’ of Dealabs, a leaker who has shared correct release info in the past, claimed that the remaster would be releasing on October 25th 2024 based on their info. This was corroborated by another prominent leaker Midori, known for leaking details about SEGA’s upcoming projects. Midori followed up on billbil-kun’s claim by confirming SEGA is aiming for an October release window, and had already submitted the game to Nintendo for review.

billbil-kun: “Following new information we have just obtained, we confirm that the release date for Sonic X Shadow Generations is now set for October 25, 2024. In addition, the price of the physical edition of the game on PS5, Xbox One/Series X and Switch will be set at 49.99 US dollars.“

This information is confirmed now by @billbil_kun too.

And Sega has already prepared social network posts and web updates for Sega and Sonic websites in all regions for the upcoming announcement of the release date for this title soon.

In addition, ‘MysteryLupin’ on social media shared leaked images of what appears to be the game’s physical release, showing off the boxart and bonuses that would be included within. MysteryLupin also shared unreleased screenshots of the game, which you can view via the links below:
