Earlier this year, SEGA officially revealed Sonic Frontiers – a new Sonic adventure taking place in an expansive world. While we’ve received scant details so far, we may finally have some hints about when the game will launch!

Thanks to PlayStation Game Size (which has proven to be reliable for information about the PlayStation database), Sonic Frontiers has apparently been listed internally within the Playstation database with a release date of 15 November 2022.

While this may be a placeholder date right now, it lines up nicely with the trend of past Sonic game releases such as Sonic Unleashed (2008), Sonic Generations (2011), and Sonic Forces (2017) all launching in November as well.

As with all unconfirmed information, we urge our readers to take this news with a grain of salt. We’ll report back if SEGA confirms this to be the final release date in the future!
