Samurai Shodown fans can now look forward to even more characters to battle with in the future!

During a recent Japan Fighting Game Publishers Roundtable livestream, SNK revealed that Season Pass 3 of the game was now moving forward in development – although no expected release date was decided upon yet. Here’s the announcement snippet below (starts at 1:19:39):

Previous Samurai Shodown Season Passes typically unlocked 4 new DLC fighters each, such as Iroha, Mina Majikina, Sogetsu Kazama, and more. Additionally, the game is also getting Gongsun Li from Honor of Kings as a free DLC fighter on 5 August 2020.
