The Pokemon Company has announced several special Pokemon distributions for Pokemon Sword And Shield in Japan.

These distributions are meant to tie-in to a selection of Pokemon movies that will be returning to theaters in Japan, following the result of a recent online poll. According to reports, these special Pokemon will be distributed via serial code while their respective film is running.

  • August 18th ~ August 25th 2022
  • Jirachi Distribution
• The Rise of Darkrai
  • August 26th ~ September 1st 2022

  • Dialga for Pokemon Shield
