Super Smash Bros. Remastered Fan-Art Series Continues, With Ridley & Diddy Kong
The artist behind various ‘remastered’ versions of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate characters still seems to be going strong.
As we’ve been previously reporting, God of War art director Rafael Grassetti has been on the warpath with surreal illustrations of various Nintendo favorites. This time, he’s back with hyper-realistic versions of Space Pirate Ridley and the affable Diddy Kong! Check them out below.

On an additional note, Grassetti also revealed some of the process behind his art. Notably, he has been using 3D models to make things a little smoother – which is quite common in the game design industry nowadays.

From the looks of things, we might just see Grassetti cover all of the existing Smash fighters, after all! It’ll be interesting to see which character he tackles next.
