UK: New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe Sells 24% More Than The Wii U Original At Launch
Ukie has published the video game sales data in the United Kingdom for the week of January 7 to January 13, 2019.
Last week, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe was the No. 1 bestselling game in the UK with virtually no competition. The game sold 24% more than New Super Mario Bros. U which debuted on Wii U in 2012. Keep in mind the figure excludes digital sales.
Other Nintendo titles such as Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (No. 5) and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (No. 6) continue to do well on the charts.
