Earlier this month, Epic Games announced an exclusive Star Wars live crossover event with their hit game Fortnite, set to premier exclusive footage from the upcoming movie The Rise Of Skywalker.

Unsurprisingly, there was a massive turnout for the event, which forced Epic to delay its start time by a few minutes in order to meet demand. As compensation for the server issues this caused, all players will be receiving the TIE Whisperer Glider.

The event itself featured in-game starship battles, appearances by holographic avatars of Geoff Keighley and JJ Abrams, as well as the short clip from The Rise Of Skywalker that was promised. You can check out IGN’s video coverage of the entire affair below:
