The official Warframe Japan Twitter account has revealed Warframe will release November 21, 2018 for Nintendo Switch in Japan.

That’s one day after the western release, but roughly the same time as the west if you do take into consideration the difference in timezone. Just like the west, Warframe will be free to download in Japan.
