Level-5 has released a version 1.2.1 update for Yo-Kai Watch 4 on Nintendo Switch in Japan.

The patch fixes a bug where an unequipped item goes into “equipping” forever. Also, as a reward for players who download the patch, a 5 Star Coin, 1 Star Coin, and two Gacha Coins will be rewarded:
