Nintendo has shared more details about some upcoming updates for Splatoon 3.

Firstly, a new fashion brand called Z+F will be added, which is a combination of the existing Zekko and Firefin brands. It will include a variety of gear, as well as two new weapons the Z+F Splat Charger and the Z+F Splatterscope.

Sticking with Z+F, the fashion brand is also giving us the Z+F Splatterscope. Like the Z+F Splat Charger, this is primarily an aesthetic redesign of a classic weapon, and it also comes with the Splash Wall sub and Triple Inkstrike special. pic.twitter.com/R7NxfxaPiP

Next, a new special event mode will be added to Salmon Run. This mode is called “Eggstra Work” and challenges players to see who can collect the most golden eggs within a pre-set scenario of five waves. New rewards will also be added to the Grizzco counter.

Finally, starting in March, a new type of King Salmonid will be appearing in Salmon Run mode, it is called the Horrorboros, and appears to be a flying eel of some kind. It will appear during the next Big Run event from March 3rd to March 5th.
