A big addition coming to Nintendo Switch Online: Expansion Pass on Nintendo Switch 2 is Nintendo GameCube: Nintendo Classics, which lets players enjoy GameCube games.
At launch (June 5, 2025), the service will allow players to enjoy three games – The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, F-ZERO GX, and Soul Caliber II.
While the release dates of future games haven’t been announced yet, we can roughly tell what games are coming to the service in promotional images provided by Nintendo, as well as the Nintendo Switch 2 Experience event.
At the Nintendo Switch 2 Experience event, it’s been confirmed that Super Mario Strikers will be added to the service in the future, and the game is in a playable state. With the game in a playable state, it is very likely to be the next title added after launch.
Promotional images from Nintendo also confirm the following titles will be added sometime in the future:
This means that at the time of writing, 10 titles have been confirmed for Nintendo GameCube: Nintendo Classics.
It’s possible that more titles, such as Mario Kart: Double Dash and Animal Crossing, will be added in the future, but we’ll have to wait and see.
