Out of the 20 Nintendo Switch titles, 12 are first party titles published by Nintendo, while 8 are third party titles published by other companies.
At this time we know the following first party games have sold at least 1 million copies:
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee, Super Mario Party, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Odyssey, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 2, Mario Tennis Aces, Kirby Star Allies, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Nintendo Labo Variety Kit, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker
And out of the eight third party games, we only know two that have sold at least 1 million:

The identity of the remaining six third party games are up to speculation, unless Nintendo decides to reveal them during tomorrow’s strategy briefing.
