Following the recent leak of a new Splatoon 2 event logo, it seems Nintendo decided to quickly announce the event proper.

The new event is called Splatoween, and features a new Splatfest and exclusive gear! It’s a lot to take in, so check out the following details slowly:

The 15th Splatfest’s topic will be: “Trick” VS “Treat”. It will take place for 48 hours worldwide, at the following times:

• Europe / United Kingdom: October 19th (3PM BST / 4PM CEST) to October 21st (4PM BST / 4PM CEST)
• Japan: October 19th (5PM JST) to October 21st (5PM JST)
• North America: October 19 (3PM PT) to October 21 (3PM PT)

There will also be some pieces of exclusive gear, which will be distributed via the News feature on your Nintendo Switch.

Finally, the city of Inkopolis will also see a spooky make-over! Check it out!
